Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Del Davis has often employed his entrepreneurial skills for personal and community challenges. In his teens, he obtained corporate sponsorship for his bowling team, at the time a new concept for Bermuda. As a young man, Davis introduced the international youth leadership organization Up with People to Bermuda, ultimately resulting in life changing worldwide experiences for over one hundred Bermudians. He has offered his time on several boards in Bermuda and the U.S. For many years he served as Chairman of the Committee of Management for the Lady Cubitt Compassionate Association (LCCA), Bermuda. Currently, Davis is collaborating with Senior Solutions Ltd colleagues as CEO to create much needed independent living and memory care spaces for seniors in Bermuda. Having worked in media for most of this professional life, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Economics from University of Hartford.

Patrice Horner CFP®, MBA - Finance

President and Chief Operating Officer

After creating a successful pension investment management service in Osprey Investments, it was purchased by BF&M Limited and amalgamated into North Atlantic Asset Management Ltd.. There she had direct oversight for investment selection, trading relationships with international custodians, and on-going communication with the 12,000 members.

Beginning in 2000, joined the Board of Age Concern and their first Managing Director, Claudette Fleming, to explore issues of healthcare and housing. This lead to the Community Health Consortium established by Mark Selley, which dealt with healthcare and caregiving. Horner also assisted the Aerie Foundation with fund-raising as they worked to expand home-care service in Bermuda. Cindy Swan of Project Action approached Horner to serve as Treasurer. Through these activities, Horner is knowledgeable of the gambit of surrounding seniors: housing, long-term care, financing methodologies, home care, and transportation.

Horner’s experience extends to real estate asset management and mortgage analysis whereby she valued real estate holdings for insurance companies such as Pacific Mutual and Continental Life. Horner is distinguished with as a Certified Financial Planner- CFP® - US, is a CFA Level I Candidate, and has a MBA-Finance from the Seidman College of Business, GVSU in Allendale, Michigan. She is a recognized writer on Financial Matters and has served the Bermuda Community as Trustee of the SPCA Trust and Chair of Cap-a-Laige Ltd- Charities House. She is also active in the yachting community as a member of the RBYC and BYRA Race Committee.

Timothy Kempe Bachelor of Science - Economics

Vice President and Director

Obtained certifications in Real Property Law, principles of Mortgage Financing and principles of Appraisal from the base of economics and real estate. As an Associate Broker traded commercial real estate in a very competitive market in downtown Toronto real estate.

Responsible for various real estate projects and investments, including high end Real Estate transactions in Forest Hill Toronto, he also handled Real Estate investments in England, USA and the Caribbean. Kempe served as the property manager of an residential real estate project in Toronto, handling accounting, tax filing, leasing, renovations and general maintenance.

Currently, he holds the role of Managing Director of various privately held companies as well as property manager for the Kempe’s family private commercial and residential real estate portfolio, covering construction and numerous renovations. He has led a design team of architects and structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC engineer for the design and engineering of a 103,000 sq. ft. office building.

Kempe attended the Dragon Boarding School in Oxford England, followed by Radley College just outside Oxford. Then studied at Ridley College in St Catharine’s, Ontario and graduated with a degree in Economics from Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario.

Vivian John Redford ACMI, MIoD

Director and Treasurer

Redford founded Software & Accounting Services Ltd.(SAS)  to provide both Management Services; including accounting, bookkeeping, corporate administrative, consultancy and office services, as well as Information Technology Services; including hardware/software support, integration, systems design & IT consulting.

He managed the growth from that of a sole practitioner administering a single client, to four partners with twenty full time professional support staff, supplemented to over 100 on a project or event basis, administering over 200 clients. In 1997, he separated the SAS businesses and client base into individual companies specializing in core competencies, thus forming The Total Group, a well-known boutique firm of professional service providers.

Clients include the Bermuda Government, major banks, accounting, insurance and law firms, major retailers and wholesalers, utilities & telecoms, hotels and  restaurants, architects and contractors, sports and community clubs, victuallers, registered charities.

Redford attended the University of New Brunswick as a Certified General Accountant and received the Yourdon Certification in programming and systems from the IBM Institute. He attended The Royal School in Armagh, North Ireland with excellence, after completing his Primary and Secondary education at the Warwick Academy, Bermuda.
